Violations in house No. 6 on Stepnaya: what the housing inspection of Tatarstan revealed
Residents of house No. 6 on Stepnaya Street in Zelenodolsk have achieved a response from supervisory authorities. Following an inspection conducted by the Housing Inspection of Tatarstan, the homeowners' association "JSC No. 9," responsible for the maintenance of this building, was held administratively liable. During the inspection, more than ten violations were identified, indicating the improper performance of the HOA's duties regarding the maintenance of common property. Among the most significant issues are:
- The absence of protective canopies over ventilation ducts, which creates a risk of debris and precipitation entering the system.
- The deplorable condition of the walls on the stairwells: peeling paint and plaster indicate a prolonged lack of current repairs.
- Peeling tiles on the floor, which not only spoils the appearance but can also pose a danger.
- Violation of the integrity of the thermal insulation of hot water supply and heating pipes, which can lead to heat loss and discomfort for residents.
- Damage to the plaster on the building's plinth, indicating the need for urgent facade repairs.
- A flooded basement.
An administrative offense case was initiated against the HOA "JSC No. 9" for the identified violations under Article 7.22 of the Administrative Offenses Code of the Russian Federation. As a penalty, the association was issued a warning.
The Housing Inspection of Tatarstan issued an order to eliminate all identified violations.
