      The meeting of the Board of Directors of JSC "Network Company" was held at the House of the Government of the Republic of Tatarstan, chaired by the Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan, Alexey Pesoshin. The Board of Directors discussed issues related to the reliability of electricity supply to consumers connected to the Company's electrical networks, the results of production and financial-economic activities, the implementation of the Company's capital construction plan for the 1st quarter of 2026, and information on the development of charging infrastructure in the Republic of Tatarstan. The Board of Directors was presented with indicators characterizing the reliability of electricity supply and their dynamics for the 1st quarter of 2026. The Company continues to implement measures aimed at reducing the share of technological violations leading to the interruption of electricity supply to consumers, introducing innovative solutions to enhance the reliability and quality of electricity supply to the republic's consumers, such as sectionalizing systems, short-circuit indicators, automatic network restoration systems (in Kazan), as well as conducting work under voltage. In the city of Kazan, due to the operation of the automatic network restoration system, the average duration and frequency of outages in the 1st quarter of 2026 decreased by 28.9% and 24.7%, respectively. As a result of the 1st quarter of 2026, the volume of services provided for the transmission of electricity to consumers in the Republic of Tatarstan amounted to about 7.6 billion kWh, which is 3% higher than the figure for the same period last year. The actual electricity consumption of the Unified Energy System of the Middle Volga amounted to 31.9 billion kWh, which is 2.7% higher than the same period in 2025. The highest consumption among the regions of the Unified Energy System of the Middle Volga is in the Republic of Tatarstan (32.1%), with a growth rate of 5.5% compared to the 1st quarter of 2025. The implementation of organizational and technical measures aimed at reducing electricity losses during transmission continues. The total volume of electricity savings achieved in the first three months of 2026 is over 6 million kWh. In the 1st quarter of 2026, 2,600 contracts for technological connection of consumers were concluded, and 2,630 contracts were executed. As part of the capital construction plan for 2026, within the allocated funding sources, the implementation of large, socially and economically significant projects is underway, such as the reconstruction of the 500 kV Bugulma substation, the 220 kV Toyma-2 substation, the 110 kV Main-East overhead line, the 110 kV Northern substation, and the 110 kV Pestretsy substation. The volume of capital investments utilized in the 1st quarter of 2026 amounted to 2.6 billion rubles (excluding VAT). A significant volume of capital investments is directed towards the reconstruction and construction of high-voltage lines and the installation of electricity metering devices. A total of 2,718 electric grid facilities have been put into operation to connect consumers to the Company's networks, with the length of constructed power lines amounting to 91 km and 16 MW of transformer capacity introduced. The results of a five-year project to create a network of electric charging stations (ECS) in the region were presented: data on the scale of infrastructure, consumption dynamics and revenue, as well as the level of station load. The Republic of Tatarstan ranks 5th among the regions of the Russian Federation in terms of the number of electric charging stations. A total of 239 stations with a total capacity of 31.2 MW operate in the region, with a fleet of 1,725 electric vehicles. As of January 1, 2026, the ECS network of JSC "Network Company" includes 192 ECS with a capacity of 60 to 150 kW, which accounts for 80.3% of all ECS in the Republic of Tatarstan. The total installed capacity of the Company's stations reached 26.7 MW. By the end of 2025, a stable positive trend was recorded: the number of charging sessions since 2021 exceeded 196,000, and electricity consumption increased by 38% compared to 2024.
