      These projects are aimed not only at updating the infrastructure but also at creating a fundamentally new, comfortable environment for residents. The Secretary of the Lower Kama local branch of the United Russia party, Mayor of Nizhnekamsk Radmir Belyaev, visited several key facilities that are currently being built and renovated in the city. The construction of one of the most modern youth facilities in the city – the "SIBUR-digital center" – is ongoing. Here, there will be areas for sports, esports, creativity, communication, and events. The transformation of the "Yarysh" sports complex is taking place in stages. This year, about 25 million rubles have been allocated for repairs. The funds are directed towards addressing priority tasks: roof repairs, ventilation systems, and internal drainage systems. Next year, it is planned to continue the work by performing cosmetic repairs of the premises and facade, as well as updating the internal equipment. "Currently, builders are putting the roof, ventilation, and drainage systems in order; next, the internal premises and facade will be updated," said Radmir Belyaev. The major renovation of the bus station is also in full swing. The key task is not just to update the building but to completely rethink its functionality. The bus station is being transformed into a modern central transport hub, uniting bus services, taxis, and logistics services. For passengers, the waiting area will become more comfortable, and the ticket offices will be more convenient. The territory of Gymnasium No. 2 will be supplemented with a "smart" sports ground under the state program "Sport of Russia." The foundations for the workout area and a universal playground for games (mini-football, basketball, volleyball) have already been laid. There are also plans to create a running track and update existing sports zones.

      "In the run-up to the 60th anniversary of Nizhnekamsk, we are changing the city step by step. I continue to personally oversee all the work," emphasized Radmir Belyaev.
