The commission was headed by Rustam Gainullov, Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan. During the inspection, all grain harvesting combines in the district were examined, and an objective assessment of their technical readiness for the new harvest was provided. The commission also included Rais Idrisov, Deputy Head of the Engineering and Technical Department of the ministry, Radik Kamaletdinov, Head of the Agriculture and Food Management, Rafik Timurgaliev, Mechanization Consultant of the management, and Mikhail Serebryakov, Head of the State Technical Supervision Department for the Kaybitsky District. The inspection began at the "Tugan Yak-Agro" farm, after which the commission visited the peasant farm "Ayrat Khasanov" and the society "August-Kaybitsy." As noted by the mechanization consultant Rafik Timurgaliev, 57 grain harvesting combines are planned to be involved in the harvesting campaign in the district. During the visit, Rustam Gainullov and Radik Kamaletdinov met with farm leaders and mechanizers, provided recommendations for organizing work, and wished for a successful harvesting campaign. Special attention was paid to the strict adherence to safety requirements. According to Alexander Ivanov, General Director of the "August-Kaybitsy" society, harvesting is planned to begin on July 15. By that time, farms will be able to address identified issues and complete preparatory work. As a result of the mutual inspection, the first place was taken by the "August-Kaybitsy" society, scoring 69 points out of a possible 70. The second place with a score of 67 points was taken by the "Tugan Yak-Agro" society. The third place went to the peasant farm "Ayrat Khasanov," which scored 66 points. Overall, the level of preparation of agricultural enterprises in the district was assessed by the commission at 67.3 points, indicating a high degree of readiness of the equipment for the upcoming harvest.
