By the order of the environmental prosecutor, a responsible official of the enterprise was held administratively liable under Article 8.1 of the Administrative Offenses Code of the Russian Federation (failure to comply with environmental requirements during urban planning activities and operation of enterprises, structures, or other facilities) with a penalty imposed in the form of a fine. The court acts serve as the basis for making changes to the Unified State Register of Real Estate. The elimination of violations is monitored by the environmental prosecutor. By the order of the environmental prosecutor, the responsible officials of the enterprise were held administratively liable under Part 1 of Article 6.35, Part 4 of Article 8.2, and Article 8.47 of the Administrative Offenses Code of the Russian Federation with penalties imposed in the form of fines. In order to eliminate legal violations, the environmental prosecutor issued a presentation to the head of the enterprise, and as a result of its consideration, measures were taken to eliminate the violations of the law, and the responsible official of the enterprise was held disciplinarily liable.
