      In Kazan, on the territory of the "Livadiya" sanatorium, the third Republican forum of the youth trade union active "Working Youth and Public Initiatives" took place. The event brought together over 400 young specialists, representatives of relevant ministries, government bodies, trade unions, and the business community. The forum was attended by the honorary chairman of the State Council of Tatarstan Farid Mukhametshin, the head of the public support headquarters of "United Russia" in Tatarstan Kamil Sadriyev, the chairwoman of the Federation of Trade Unions of Tatarstan Elena Kuzmicheva, a member of the General Council of "United Russia," deputy of the Kazan City Duma Marcel Sharapov, deputy of the State Council of Tatarstan Arthur Abdullzyanov, and the chairman of Rosprofprom Andrey Chekmenyov.

      Farid Mukhametshin noted that support for youth in Tatarstan has always been systematic. He reminded that the republic was one of the first to adopt a law on youth policy in 1993, and today this line continues through the Youth Policy Strategy until 2027. In Tatarstan, there are more than 650,000 working young people, with their employment rate reaching 51%, which is higher than the national average.

      Elena Kuzmicheva spoke about the development of youth trade union activity in enterprises, noting that it currently unites over 186,000 people. She emphasized the importance of mentorship for the rapid integration of young specialists into professional and public life.

      Kamil Sadriyev noted that forums create a platform for communication with youth and the search for practical solutions. According to him, it is important for young specialists to feel in demand not only in the workplace but also in public life.

      Marcel Sharapov emphasized that Kazan is actively developing, and the growth is evident through new opportunities for youth in education, sports, and the professional environment. He shared his own experience of working with young specialists at his enterprise.

      The forum became a tool for strengthening the personnel and social potential of Tatarstan, allowing young specialists to engage in real processes of enterprise and republic development.
