      SIBUR has been recognized as the best employer in the "large business" category for the second consecutive year in the "Employers of Kazan: Youth's Choice" competition, organized by the Kazan mayor's office and the hh.ru service. Kazan Mayor Ilsur Metshin, speaking at the ceremony, noted that Youth Day in the city is traditionally celebrated at various venues – in universities, colleges, and other educational institutions. "It is important for Kazan to develop as a city of opportunities for youth! Despite its 1000-year history, Kazan remains a city of young people – we have over 160,000 students, and this is our present and our future!" Metshin emphasized. He added that the city is creating conditions for youth self-realization, understanding that some graduates leave to study in other regions or countries but then return with ideas and projects. He also thanked enterprises and businesses for their attention to working with young personnel and noted the internship participants at the mayor's office who got acquainted with the city's management system. The "Employers of Kazan: Youth's Choice" competition took place in three stages. The application process started on April 27, with a total of 240 companies participating – from small businesses to large industrial holdings. Participants presented their practices in working with personnel, including internship programs, career trajectories, and mentoring systems. In the category of large companies with more than 500 employees, the most votes were received by Ak Bars Bank, the UNISTROY group of companies, and SIBUR. "It is a great honor for us to receive the 'Employers of Kazan: Youth's Choice' award for the second year in a row. This recognition is especially important because it comes from those who are just starting their professional journey – young, ambitious, thoughtful, and passionate," said the general director of Kazanorgsintez, Ayrat Safin. Safin added that today more than 1,200 young specialists work at SIBUR's Kazan facility. "We are proud that we can offer them not only jobs but also opportunities for development, growth, and the realization of ideas. Thank you to everyone who voted for us. Thank you to our youth – this award is yours. We will continue to do everything to ensure that SIBUR remains a place where people want to work and grow," he concluded. Among medium-sized companies (from 100 to 500 employees), the winners were the IT Park technopark, Technokratia, and UD Group. In the small business category (up to 100 employees), the best were HEADS Group, Relab Family, and the MBU "Directorate of Parks and Squares of Kazan." During the award ceremony, a special prize was awarded to the committee for external improvement of the Kazan executive committee. Certificates were also presented to students who completed internships at the mayor's office. The festive program for Youth Day continued at the Uram extreme park, where sports training, master classes, lectures, a chess tournament, and other activities were organized for residents.
