Graduation Ball in Chistopol: Achievements, Awards, and Farewells

      Symbolically, this year's celebration coincided with the All-Russian Youth Day. The main heroes of the event are 241 graduates from the schools of Chistopol and the Chistopol district. In a festive atmosphere, happy young men and charming young women, who successfully completed their state final certification and overcame the thorny eleven-year path within the walls of their native schools, walked along the updated carpet styled like piano keys. Many of them represented their educational institutions with dignity at Olympiads and competitions, winning honorable prize places. According to tradition, the ceremony began with the performance of the national anthems of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Tatarstan. Minister of Education Sergey Kravtsov addressed the graduates with congratulations. In a video message, he said: "Today is a special and truly unforgettable day for you! An important stage in your life has come to an end. I am sure that school has given you a solid foundation for further development, taught you to think, work, overcome difficulties, and believe in your strengths. Special thanks go to your teachers. It is thanks to their professionalism, wisdom, and patience that you have acquired knowledge that will support you in the future. You will create new technologies, develop science, education, culture, and the economy, and determine the future of our country. I wish you to successfully pass all the tests, make the right professional choice, and keep faith in yourself and your dreams. Safe travels!" The ceremonial part of the evening was opened by the head of the education department, Olga Kuptsova: "Dear friends, one of the most challenging stages in the life of every graduate is to go through all the levels of Olympiads. You are doing great! We are sincerely happy for your successes. I want to express gratitude to your teachers, who approached the preparation of each of you with great responsibility and diligence." Olga Vadimovna presented awards to the winners of the Republican Olympiad "I Serve the Fatherland, I Serve the People!" among cadet schools in Chistopol and the district, the Republican Olympiad for schoolchildren "Path to Olympus," as well as the winners of the regional and final stages of the All-Russian Olympiad for schoolchildren. Special recognition was given to Chistopol graduates who scored 100 points on the Unified State Exam. Departmental awards were presented to the best directors, deputy directors, and teachers. A bright musical gift for those present was the performance of talented local artists and school graduates. The head of the Chistopol district, Dmitry Ivanov, awarded silver and gold medals to the best graduates. Addressing the students, he said: "Today is truly an exciting day for all of us! On behalf of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan, Rustam Nurgalievich Minnikhanov, the government of our region, and personally from me, I congratulate you on the completion of the school year. Now you will have to decide together with your parents which profession and educational institution to connect your life with. I wish you to receive the education that you truly need. Remember that new horizons are open before you!" Some of the best graduates of the district took to the stage to thank their teachers, friends, and parents. The official part concluded with a traditional and touching ritual: the graduates released white balloons into the sky. The celebration continued on the "Kama" embankment.
