      The SFR branch in the Republic of Tatarstan has paid out more than 36 million rubles in one-time benefits for the birth of a child. This support measure is received by parents, with the amount being 28,450 rubles. Since the beginning of the year, 20,298 families have already taken advantage of the benefit. The one-time payment is assigned in a fixed amount and is indexed annually starting from February 1. If a parent works in a region with district coefficients, they are taken into account in the calculation. Working parents do not need to submit an application — the benefit is automatically processed based on data from the Unified State Register of Civil Status Acts and the employer. The money is transferred within 10 working days after the registration of the child's birth through a bank or post office. Non-working parents must submit an application themselves. This can be done through the "Gosuslugi" portal, the SFR client service, or the MFC within 6 months from the child's birth. The decision on the payment is made within 10 working days, and the money is transferred within 5 working days after the application is registered. The head of the SFR branch in the Republic of Tatarstan, Eduard Vafin, noted: "The birth of a child is an important event, and the state strives to help the family as quickly and easily as possible. The automatic processing of benefits for working parents simplifies the process, allowing people to spend more time with their child."
