      Today, the eleventh meeting of the Council of the Tetyushi Municipal District of the fifth convocation was held in the district cultural center under the chairmanship of the head of the Tetyushi district, Ramis Safiullov. During the event, the deputies considered six key issues related to budget policy, management of municipal property, and regulation of municipal service.       The chairman of the Chamber of Property and Land Relations of the Tetyushi Municipal District, Sergey Pavlushin, reported on the gratuitous transfer of land plots from municipal ownership to the state ownership of the Republic of Tatarstan. The deputies supported this initiative.

      Sergey Pavlushin also presented amendments to the appendix to the Council's decision of December 8, 2025, No. 5-7 "On the forecast plan for the privatization of property of the Tetyushi Municipal District of the Republic of Tatarstan for 2026." The adjustments are related to the updating of the list of objects subject to privatization.

      The issue of selling a vehicle without conducting a bidding procedure was considered. Sergey Pavlushin justified the feasibility of this step, and the Council made a positive decision.

      The head of the legal work sector of the Executive Committee of the Tetyushi Municipal District, Alexey Nikonorov, presented a draft Regulation on municipal service in the Tetyushi Municipal District of the Republic of Tatarstan. The document is designed to systematize the legal and organizational foundations of municipal service, clarify the rights and duties of officials, and bring the regulatory framework in line with current legislation.
