The district prosecutor's office conducted an inspection of compliance with labor legislation requirements in the activities of the Limited Liability Company "MAF STUDIO," as a result of which violations of labor and tax legislation were identified.

The inspection established that LLC "MAF STUDIO" has a debt for insurance contributions for the period of March-April 2026 in the amount of 568,136.58 rubles. There is also a debt for mandatory accident insurance contributions in the amount of 88,338.57 rubles for the period of March-April 2026. In addition, a debt of the aforementioned organization for personal income tax (PIT) in the amount of 610,070.85 rubles was identified for the period of March-April 2026. Based on the study of accounting (settlement) documents of LLC "MAF STUDIO," a debt for wages for the second half of April 2026 to the organization's employees in the total amount of 237,237.49 rubles was established. Based on the identified violations of the law, the prosecutor's office submitted a corresponding representation and initiated an administrative offense case under part 6 of article 5.27 of the Administrative Offenses Code of the Russian Federation. The acts of prosecutorial response are under the control of the district prosecutor's office.
