"Nefis Cosmetics" presented its personnel practices to experts of the federal project "Choose Your Own."

      The company "Nefis Cosmetics" hosted a delegation from the federal project "Choose Your Own" as part of the series of events "Personnel Days in the Region." Experts familiarized themselves with the production, personnel management system, and best HR practices of the enterprise. The delegation included a deputy of the State Duma of the Russian Federation, member of the General Council of the United Russia party, coordinator of the "Choose Your Own" project Sergey Morozov, head of the project office Olga Nikitenko, head of the direction for forming state personnel policy "Live and Work in Russia" Irina Zhukovskaya, development director and project partner Tatyana Burtsova, first deputy minister of industry and trade of the Republic of Tatarstan Rodion Karpov, and other representatives. A tour of the liquid detergents factory "Nefis Cosmetics" was organized for the guests. They were shown the key stages of household chemical production and informed about working conditions and workplace organization. At the company's central office, experts from the federal project discussed personnel policy and staff development issues with company employees. "Today, more than 2,500 people work at the plant. Among them are representatives of labor dynasties, honored chemists of Tatarstan, experienced professionals, and young specialists. We carefully preserve and develop the traditions laid down by the founders of the enterprise—the Krestovnikov brothers. These are traditions of high quality, innovation, continuous development, and care for people," noted the general director of "Nefis Cosmetics" Dina Lavrikova. During her speech, the HR director of "Nefis Cosmetics" Alexandra Timofeeva spoke about the comprehensive personnel policy system of the company. It includes programs for working with youth, adapting new employees, training and motivating staff, as well as social support measures. The first deputy chief engineer Irek Gazizov shared the story of his labor dynasty, which has a total experience of over 200 years, and spoke about the continuity of generations in the profession. Certificates of "Labor Person" were awarded to several employees of the enterprise. Among the awardees were the consultant to the general director on production processes Lyubov Derzaeva, deputy head of technology for the hydrogenation workshop of fats and oils Rezeda Khasanshina, senior shift master of the same workshop Zamilya Sharapova, chemical analysis laboratory assistant of the central factory laboratory Talib Galeev, head of the repair and construction management Raufat Khuzakhmetov, and assistant to the general director Natalia Utyaganova.
