This, according to the parliamentarian, will significantly speed up digitalization and make medical information more accessible. At the same time, the mandatory use of special seals with the profile of medical assistance for psychiatric, narcological organizations, and assistance to HIV-infected individuals is abolished. Certificates can also only be obtained if the relevant information is already in the patient's medical documentation. The deputy emphasized that issuing a document to a relative is allowed only in established cases, and all data must be recorded in the medical record.
