The bailiffs confiscated the tractor.

      In the department of bailiffs for the Novosheshminsky and Cheremshansky districts of the Main Directorate of the Federal Bailiff Service of the Republic of Tatarstan, an enforcement document was received regarding the confiscation of agricultural machinery - a tractor, which was mentioned in a criminal case as physical evidence.

      After the court proceedings were completed and the relevant decisions came into legal force, it was ordered that the machinery be turned over to the state. Employees of the Novosheshminsky department of bailiffs promptly went to the address specified in the case materials - to the residence of the individual involved in the criminal proceedings. There was no need to search for the tractor: the machinery was located on the property.

      The bailiffs prepared the accompanying documentation and ensured the transfer of the tractor in accordance with established procedures - for subsequent allocation to the state budget. This case demonstrates the coordinated work of law enforcement agencies and the bailiff service: the interaction of departments allowed the court's decision to be executed without delays and in compliance with all legal procedures.
