      In Tatarstan, 48 management companies failed to carry out the mandatory recalculation of payments for common household needs (CHN) for the results of 2025. The issue concerns payments for electricity, water, and other communal resources used for the maintenance of the common property of apartment buildings. By law, at the beginning of the year, management companies are required to verify actual resource consumption based on common household meters and conduct a recalculation. If the building consumed fewer resources, residents should be refunded part of the funds; if more, an additional charge should be applied. As noted by the Housing Inspection, a number of companies continued to charge according to the norm without making the mandatory adjustment. All violators have been issued warnings requiring them to conduct a recalculation and report on its completion. Among the companies that received warnings are management organizations from Kazan, Zelenodolsk, Nizhnekamsk, and Almetyevsk districts. The agency reported that seven management companies have already rectified the violations and refunded owners nearly 16 million rubles. In the near future, residents of the buildings serviced by the remaining organizations should also receive recalculations.
