      In the Kazan park "White Flowers" of the Novo-Savinovsky district, the holiday "Family Day in the Park" took place. It became a meeting place for families, children, veterans, and active residents of the district. The event was organized by the active members of the Library Primary Department, the Republican Children's Library named after R. Minnullin, and the district primary department of the "United Russia" party in the Novo-Savinovsky district. Among the participants were the executive secretary of the Kazan local branch of the "United Russia" party, deputy of the Kazgoroduma Tanzilya Rakova, deputy of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan Alsu Nadreshina, deputies of the Kazgoroduma Elvira Naumova, Ruslan Galimov, as well as the head of the regional council of primary departments, member of the federal council of primary departments of the party Irina Mukhametgareeva. A special place in the holiday program was dedicated to honoring the creative family of Khairullins. Aidar Khairullin is the director of the ANBO "From the Heart for Victory," a volunteer since November 2022. During this time, he made 60 trips to the SVO zone, delivering humanitarian aid to soldiers, as well as cars and motorcycles. He held about a hundred concerts in the SVO zone, in temporary deployment points and hospitals in Tatarstan, as well as more than 20 lessons of courage in schools. Maria Khairullina is an educator in additional education at the Center for Extracurricular Work in the Novo-Savinovsky district, a laureate of all-Russian competitions, leader and participant of the folk group "Kazan Dewdrops." Both spouses are active participants in party projects. They have been married for 25 years and are raising three children. At the holiday, the Khairullin family performed a creative number that received sincere applause from the audience. As Tanzilya Rakova said, the holiday was organized as part of the party project "Strong Family." "The family is the foundation of our state. The "United Russia" party attaches special importance to family values. The government of the Republic of Tatarstan and the leadership of Kazan create all the necessary conditions for the comfortable and prosperous living of families. As part of the implementation of the people's program, repair work has been carried out, new educational and preschool institutions have been built, and parks and public spaces have been created and improved," commented Tanzilya Rakova. For the guests of the holiday, book exhibitions were organized by the Republican Children's Library named after R. Minnullin, master classes with Yulia Rudenko, "Jumping with a Rubber Band" with Alena Zakharova, a photo zone with life-size puppets, face painting for children, as well as a concert program featuring creative groups from the district. The practical master classes organized by the coordinator of the Youth People's Front Nikolai Vasilyev sparked great interest among children and teenagers. Under his guidance, the kids tried their hand at being drone operators and learned first aid skills that could be useful in an emergency. "We have been holding the holiday on Family Day for the fifth time. Traditionally, we invite large families, families raising children with disabilities, as well as families of participants in the special military operation. Every year we prepare a concert program, gifts, and various master classes that contribute to strengthening family values and creating a favorable atmosphere for participants," said Irina Mukhametgareeva. The holiday took place in an atmosphere of kindness, comfort, and unity. Children participated in contests, received souvenirs and sweets. Adults communicated, exchanged impressions, and took photos. All guests left in a good mood with memorable gifts. "I have lived in this area for many years and have seen many holidays here. But this one was especially heartfelt. Thank you for not forgetting about us, the elderly. And the honoring of the Khairullin family was very touching. I experienced the war myself, and to see young people serving the Motherland while remaining a loving family is priceless," shared Elena Petrovna, a grandmother of three grandchildren and a labor veteran. "For me, the main thing was to see that the children were detached from their phones and engaged in games and master classes. My son even tried to control a drone — his eyes were shining! My daughter got face painting and then didn't want to wash it off for half the day. Plus, we took a family photo in the photo zone. Cheburashka and the panda were just magical! I really hope that such holidays become regular," noted Tatiana Yakovleva, a mother of three children. "The State Council of Tatarstan pays special attention to issues of support for motherhood and childhood. Within this direction, special laws are regularly adopted, round tables and receptions are organized to find effective solutions to pressing problems related to the development and strengthening of family values. These measures contribute to creating favorable conditions for the full development of children and supporting the family institution," commented Alsu Nadreshina.
