      Employees of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan have stopped a violation of environmental legislation in the territory of the village of Chistopolsky Vyselki. The reason for the inspection was a complaint from residents, which was received by the agency through the "People's Control" system. During the on-site inspection at the address: Molodezhnaya St., the facts outlined in the complaint were fully confirmed. Unauthorized waste storage was found on the yard of a private property, namely — concrete debris generated during construction work. The total area of the clutter amounted to 28 square meters.

      As inspectors established, the land plot where the dump is located belongs to an individual. A protocol was drawn up against the violator under part 3 of Article 8.2 of the Administrative Offenses Code of the Russian Federation ("Failure to comply with environmental protection requirements when handling waste").

      The Ministry of Ecology of Tatarstan reminds that the storage of construction waste outside specially designated areas entails administrative liability and causes serious harm to the environment.
