Sewerage on ropes: engineering solutions "ZHEU-3"

      In Almetyevsk, a large-scale inspection of the management company "ZHEU-3" has been completed. Inspectors identified serious violations in the maintenance of the housing stock, which led to the deplorable condition of several apartment buildings. The most critical situation has developed in buildings No. 5 on Shevchenko Street and No. 17 on Lenin Street. Residents are suffering from constant roof leaks: the walls and ceilings in the apartments are covered with yellow-brown streaks, the plaster is crumbling, and the wallpaper is peeling off the walls. In places of constant dampness, black mold has begun to actively grow, posing a direct threat to people's health. Similar signs of destruction have been recorded in common areas. In addition to leaks, inspectors discovered unsanitary conditions in the basements: garbage has accumulated there, and the heating pipes lack necessary insulation. The sewage system, which is essentially held together by "good faith" — the pipes are secured with ordinary ropes — caused particular surprise. A second administrative case was initiated after inspecting building No. 61/2 on Gabdulla Tukay Street. Here, the list of violations was no less impressive: the facade of the building is deteriorating, the plaster is peeling, and the window sills in the stairwells are broken and littered with garbage. The condition of the stairwells also raises concerns: the flooring is cracked, putting residents at risk of injury from falls. The walls of the stairwells are covered with graffiti and unauthorized advertisements, and the heating radiators in the apartments require urgent cosmetic repairs. As a result of the inspections, the director of the management company "ZHEU-3" was found guilty of improper housing maintenance. For each of the two administrative violations, the manager was fined 50,000 rubles.

      In addition to financial sanctions, the management company is required to eliminate all identified defects and bring the buildings to an appropriate condition as soon as possible.
