      The head of the Zainsk district, Razif Karimov, visited a new production facility for manufacturing construction formwork, set up at the site of the former ZPSK. During the working visit, the municipal leader inspected the production workshops, familiarized himself with the technological process, and interacted with the workforce. The head of the district highly appreciated the importance of opening this enterprise for both the municipality's economy and the social sphere. "The vacant building is now operational. The production has been updated, the robots are impressive, and most importantly — 40 residents of Zainsk are already employed. The impressions are very positive," shared Razif Karimov. He also noted that as a mechanical engineer by education, he understands the technical complexity of the line and knows that the investor and the company owner have a stable market for their products.

      Production manager Sergey Malakhov provided detailed information about the plant's capacities. The entire technological chain is closed in a single cycle. The enterprise uses high-tech equipment: robotic automatic welding, laser metal cutting, modern painting lines with drying chambers and powder coating application. A warehouse for finished products is operational. As of today, shipments amount to up to two trucks per week. The finished products are in demand far beyond the district — they are supplied to the Central and Ural federal districts, as well as to Kazan and Izhevsk.

      The manufactured construction formwork is intended for the erection of monolithic walls and ceilings. Currently, 40 people are employed at the plant. Among the specialties are adjusters of cold stamping and welding equipment, semi-automatic welders, powder coating specialists, operators, and painters. In the future, the enterprise is designed to operate in two shifts of 55 people each. As soon as the necessary staff is recruited, the second shift will begin to function at full capacity. The team is mainly composed of local personnel, many of whom have a mechanical engineering background.
