      The kids received toys and sweets that brought them joy and helped them forget, even for a while, about treatment and the routine of hospital life. On Airborne Forces Day, following a good tradition, representatives of the clergy and the veterans' movement visited the pediatric department of the Chistopol Central District Hospital. The meeting with the young patients took place in a warm and friendly atmosphere. Guests included the rector of the prayer house in honor of St. Sergius of Radonezh, Priest Timofey Matashov, the chairman of the Chistopol district branch of the All-Russian public organization of veterans "Combat Brotherhood," Rafis Makhamutov, as well as personnel and veterans of the airborne forces. The guests told the young listeners about service in the Airborne Forces, about courage, strength of spirit, and the glorious traditions of the airborne brotherhood. The children listened with genuine interest, asked questions, and actively participated in the conversation. In turn, Priest Timofey and Rafis Irekovich expressed their sincere gratitude to the medical staff for their daily work, attention, and care that they show to the little patients. The priest wished the children a speedy recovery and strength of spirit.
