The second stage of the badminton training camp has started under the guidance of professional coaches: Zaripova Gulnara Khamitovna, Bakirova Ilziya Ilfatovna, and Akhmetshin Ainur Ayratovich. The camp began on July 27 and will last until August 15. Special attention is paid to the technique and tactics of playing badminton during these camps. To achieve good results, it is necessary to train a lot and correctly, improve technique, develop endurance, and avoid injuries. The badminton camp is an intensive training period aimed at developing technical skills, tactics, physical fitness, and endurance of athletes. As part of the events, participants, under the guidance of experienced coaches, improve their stroke execution technique, study game strategies, and strengthen their physical condition. Special attention is given to injury prevention and the development of team interaction. Each time, badminton coaches develop a special program that includes not only sports training and events but also contests and games — to make it interesting and fun for everyone! About 50 young badminton players from Saby, the village of Kildebyak, the village of Leskhoz, the village of Shiksha, the village of Artash, and the village of Nyrty participate in the camp. Such events help athletes reach new heights and prepare for upcoming competitions.
