The team of Zainskaya GRES organized the largest Fisherman's Day in the history of the station.

      On August 1, the annual corporate holiday "Fisherman's Day" took place on the shore of the Zainsk Reservoir, organized by the Zainsk GRES.

      This year's competition will go down in history as the largest - 103 fishing enthusiasts watched the floats. The geography of the participants is impressive: in addition to the station employees and their families, veterans of the industry also joined, as well as delegations from the Nizhnekamsk HPP, Naberezhnye Chelny CHPP, and Nizhnekamsk thermal networks. The director of Zainsk GRES, Dmitry Prokhorov, addressed the attendees with a welcoming speech, wishing the fishermen a rich catch.

      Immediately after the start, the participants demonstrated all their professional tricks: branded lures and tested tackle were put to use. While the struggle for the catch was underway, the cafeteria staff set up a field kitchen - guests were treated to hearty fish soup straight from the fire and homemade pastries. The main sensation of the tournament was the triumph of fuel shop worker Mikhail Shirshov: for the first time in the history of the competition, he became the absolute winner in all categories at once. All prize winners and participants received awards - they were presented with gift certificates.
