      The forum summarized the results of work across the republic in various sectors over the past 5 years. Rustem Nuriyev spoke about the achievements of the Elabuga district, which has ranked first in the socio-economic development rating among the districts of Tatarstan for the second consecutive year. Agriculture and industry, healthcare, culture, and sports are developing intensively, housing, social and sports facilities, and roads are being built and repaired, and public spaces are being created and updated. Rustem Nuriyev expressed gratitude to the leadership of Tatarstan and Russia, as well as to entrepreneurs and all concerned citizens for their unwavering support.

      Assistance to SMO participants and their families

      The residents of Elabuga make a significant contribution to the conduct of the SMO: over the past 5 years, humanitarian aid worth 2.463 billion rubles has been sent to the front lines, and 106.8 million rubles to the families of servicemen. Significant work is being done on the social adaptation of those returning from the front, and assistance is being provided to the families of fighters. The Minister of Justice of Tatarstan, Rustem Zagidullin, reminded that the last five years have been a time of great change for all of Russia. "Now our country is forced to defend its sovereignty and its future in the face of economic difficulties, on the battlefield," he said. "Despite all the challenges, our country is developing intensively. In Tatarstan, not a single federal or republican program has been halted."

      Deputy of the State Duma of the Russian Federation Oleg Morozov made a brief excursion into the history of Russia over the past 25 years and noted that he would be very happy to represent Elabuga and Tatarstan at the highest level again. I also see how well the support for fighters and their families is being implemented. Just now, three veterans approached me – one cannot find his participant certificate in the database, and I ordered that this issue be resolved. The other two asked about military-patriotic education and, in particular, initial military training in schools for both boys and girls. I cannot help but note the participation of our children in the work of humanitarian headquarters and workshops. They put their hearts into this work every day, and our soldiers and officers at the front feel their sincere love and are touched by it, so this assistance is invaluable."
