The students of the social shelter "Dream" visited the MFC.

For the students of the Social Shelter for Children and Adolescents "Dream" in the Aksubaevsky District, an excursion titled "From Ticket to Result - The Path of Your Document" was organized to the multifunctional center. The center's staff demonstrated the process of providing public services and the work of specialized departments. The kids independently issued tickets at the electronic queue terminal and familiarized themselves with the procedure for receiving and digitizing documents by the operators. In the digital zone, the young visitors were explained the capabilities of the public services portal for obtaining a passport, SNILS, and certificates for studying. The shelter's students also saw the stage of checking completed document packages before sending them to the authorities. During the conversation, the children were reminded of the key rules of digital hygiene, cybersecurity, and careful storage of confidential personal data. As the shelter's educators note, for many of the kids, this visit became an excellent element of career guidance, as they got acquainted with the profession of a universal specialist and IT operator. At the end of the educational tour, each participant received a useful reminder for future applicants, which will be helpful in their independent adult life.
