In July, prices for ready-made housing in Kazan increased by 1.4% compared to June, averaging 238.6 thousand rubles per square meter. In this indicator, Kazan surpassed Moscow, where the growth was at 1%. Leading the ranking was Krasnoyarsk with a price increase of 1.8% (to 149.3 thousand rubles/sq.m).
