      The priority task of the Personnel Center of Naberezhnye Chelny remains the employment of participants of the special military operation and their family members. This was reported at the business Monday by the head of the Employment Center of the city and Tukaevsky district, Tatyana Bydanova. Each veteran is worked with individually: their employment needs and professional training are assessed, job vacancies, specialized job fairs, and other support measures are offered. The Personnel Center collaborates with the "Defenders of the Fatherland" fund, the Veterans Council of the Special Military Operation, and social protection agencies, including conducting career orientation events in rehabilitation centers. Since the start of work in this direction, 31 participants of the Special Military Operation have been employed at enterprises such as "KAMAZ," the Special Economic Zone "Alabuga," "Master" KIP, "NefteMashTechnologies," "Soyuz-Logistics," "ONIKS," and others. Veterans have found jobs as turners, mechanics, managers, specialists, welders, and shooters. Three more veterans have started their own businesses by signing social contracts. Each received financial support of 350,000 rubles for business development. The assistance of specialists is also in demand regarding professional training. 53 veterans of the Special Military Operation received support in professional orientation, social adaptation, and psychological assistance. 46 participants of the Special Military Operation and their family members were sent for training, and 43 people have already completed the programs. Among the most popular professions among veterans are tractor driver, truck driver, loader, and bus driver. They also underwent retraining from category "B" to "C," learned programming in 1C, operated CNC machines, studied human resources management, and drone management. A separate focus is on training family members of deceased participants of the Special Military Operation. 24 people completed training in programs such as "Logistics with 1C programming," "Florist," "Computer Operator," "Makeup Artist," and professional training for category "B" drivers. Currently, three more people are continuing their training as category "B" drivers. Additionally, it is planned to send another 18 people for such training. To assist veterans and their families, the Personnel Center conducts specialized job fairs, meetings at the "Izgelek" Rehabilitation Center for the Disabled, and outreach receptions at the "Defenders of the Fatherland" fund branch. A consulting platform also operated in the veterans' hospital on Veterans of Combat Operations Day. A total of 69 events and meetings have been held, with 220 participants. Work on employment, professional training, and social adaptation of participants of the Special Military Operation and their families continues.
