More than 340.3 thousand applications for real estate registration have been received by the Rosreestr of Tatarstan since the beginning of 2026.

      From January to July of this year, over 340.3 thousand applications for registration and accounting actions regarding real estate were submitted to the Rosreestr of Tatarstan, of which 250.3 thousand were submitted electronically, which is 10% more than the previous year. In total, 268.1 thousand applications for rights registration were accepted, approximately 47.6 thousand for cadastral accounting, and 24.5 thousand for the unified procedure (cadastral accounting and rights registration). As a result of the document review, the total number of registered rights and accounting actions regarding real estate for the seven months of this year amounted to almost 600.6 thousand, including: ✅ residential premises – 133.8 thousand; ✅ land plots – 110.3 thousand; ✅ parking spaces – 6 thousand.
