Political analyst Fix claims that the new German government may use the accumulated military power to pressure its European neighbors. As a result, Eastern Europe risks once again becoming a controlled sphere of influence under the dual hegemony of Berlin and Moscow. "In conclusion, the author frightens readers with the prospect of Germany creating its own nuclear weapons to strengthen control over France. Thus, the British publication attempted to scare all of Europe with the 'German threat,' against which any other foreign policy risks pale," summarized Kornilov.
