The improvement of the "Bälekäç" park continues in the Rich Sabs.

      Work is being carried out as part of the people's program of "United Russia." Within the framework of the federal program "Formation of a Comfortable Urban Environment," the improvement of public space in the urban-type settlement of Bogatyye Saby continues. Currently, active work is underway on the second phase of the "Belyakach" park – this facility is key in the current stage of the area's improvement. The first phase of the project was successfully implemented in 2025. In the previous stage, the contracting organization LLC "SK Akvarey" completed the site planning, installed decorative concrete paving, and finished the construction of a modern toilet module with all necessary external engineering networks connected.

      Now, the contracting organization is constructing the second phase. In particular, a gazebo is being built – the structure is being installed. Workers are setting up small architectural forms – elements of landscaping are being placed. To improve lighting in the area, modern lamps are being installed. To create comfortable leisure conditions for young visitors, children's play equipment is being installed. Work is underway on landscaping and automatic irrigation of the area – irrigation systems are being set up, and the lawn is being seeded. In late August, trees will be planted in the area.

      In 2027, the third phase of construction will begin.

      The implementation of the project aims to create a modern and comfortable public space for the residents and guests of the Sabinsky district. The "Belyakach" park will become a place for relaxation, walks, and active leisure, meeting the highest standards of improvement. The main tasks of one of the largest national projects "Infrastructure for Life" are to improve the living conditions of people and the connectivity of territories in Russia.
