The reason is a meeting of the Council of Heads of Penitentiary Agencies of the CIS countries. From 22:00 on September 13 to September 18, there may be closures on the ring road around the "Ak Bars Arena." This is related to preparations for the meeting of the Attorney Generals of the SCO and CIS countries. At the end of September, from 20:00 on the 29th to 23:59 on October 1, restrictions will affect Pushkin Street, Theater Street, and the adjacent parking on Karl Marx Street. During these days, Kazan will host the 36th meeting of the Coordination Council of the CIS Attorney Generals and the 24th meeting of the heads of supervisory agencies of the SCO. From October 4 to 10, a section of Khadi Takhtash Street — from Spartakovskaya to Marseille Salimzhanov — may be closed due to an all-Russian meeting of heads of civil registry offices. In the evening of October 27 and until the end of the next day, restrictions will again affect Pushkin, Theater, and part of Karl Marx — during the meeting of the General Assembly of the Institute of Standardization and Metrology of Islamic States.

      Authorities emphasize: all closures will be introduced only as necessary. Drivers are asked to plan their routes in advance and monitor operational announcements.
