Marat Gataullin became the chief physician of the RKB.
Today the Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan Leila Fazleeva and the Minister of Health of the Republic of Tatarstan Almir Abashev introduced the staff of the Republican Clinical Hospital to the new chief physician. He is Gataullin Marat Rinatovich. Prior to this appointment, since October 2014 he headed the Republican Clinical Infectious Diseases Hospital named after Professor A.F. Agafonov. Marat Gataullin was born on December 15, 1980.
In 2003 he graduated from Kazan State Medical University, Pediatrics; in 2005 he completed a residency in internal medicine.
In 2009 he underwent training in the specialty "Health Care Organization and Public Health" at the I.M. Sechenov Moscow State Medical Academy of the Russian Ministry of Health.
In 2017 he attended the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration (RANEPA), master’s program in Management.
He began his working career in 2000 at the Emergency Medical Service Station as a medical orderly, later working there as a physician.
Since 2005 he was an anesthesiologist‑resuscitator at the Kazan Cardiology Dispensary. For two years he served as chief physician of the Kamsko‑Polyany City Hospital.
In 2008 he returned to Kazan, to the Health Department of the City Executive Committee, where he worked as deputy head responsible for informatization, medical equipment, and civil defense and emergency affairs, and later as deputy head of the City Health Department.
From January to October 2014 — at the Republican Clinical Infectious Diseases Hospital named after Prof. A.F. Agafonov, deputy chief physician for organizational and methodological work.
He is a recipient of the Republic of Tatarstan medal "For Valiant Labor" (28.12.2020), the Medal of Luke of Crimea (20.06.2022) and the title "Honored Physician of the Republic of Tatarstan."
