      In Kazan, they plan to toughen the fight against illegal posting of notices on city objects. The initiative was proposed by the head of the Administrative and Technical Inspection Department, Artur Mukhametshin, who suggested increasing fines for individuals from 1,000 to 3,000 rubles.
