The mayor of Nizhnekamsk, Radmir Belyaev, reported that an agreement has been reached and the project has moved into the stage of active implementation.       The history of the collaboration began in early October, when negotiations were held in Moscow with Arkady Novikov himself. A month later the project team began selecting a site: Marina Klet and Dmitry Chistyakov, managers of the restaurant chain, visited Nizhnekamsk. Over two days the experts inspected around 15 potential locations for the future restaurant.

      Belyaev notes that the opening of a NOVIKOV GROUP restaurant will be an important step in developing the city’s tourist appeal and raising the level of the local gastronomic business. Many residents of Nizhnekamsk have long awaited the arrival of the well-known restaurant brand — they repeatedly inquired about the possibility of such a project.
