      A unified standard for organizing volunteer activities for institutions of higher and secondary vocational education has been developed in Tatarstan. This was announced at a press conference at "Tatar‑inform" by the executive director of the Information and Resource Center for Volunteerism of the Republic of Tatarstan, Ayrat Mubarakshin.

      The document is intended to unify and systematize the work of volunteer centers, as well as to simplify the implementation of the federal program "Service Learning."

      Ayrat Mubarakshin clarified that the standard is a step‑by‑step instruction. It includes five key steps: appointing a responsible teacher and a student leader, creating the center’s team, developing incentive measures for volunteers, opening a "Dobro.Center" and the direct implementation of the "Service Learning" program.

      "This standard will ensure the coordination of efforts to support and develop volunteerism, creating the necessary conditions for a sustainable increase in students’ interest and engagement," Mubarakshin said confidently.
