In Izhevsk, a court reviewed the complaints of the defendants in the case of the embezzlement of funds from patients of the Dent‑Line dental clinic, among whom is one of the alleged organizers of the criminal scheme, residing in Tatarstan. This was reported by the joint press service of the courts of Udmurtia.

      According to the investigation, an organized group that included residents of Izhevsk, Moscow and Naberezhnye Chelny, as well as the clinic’s dentists, pushed expensive and unnecessary treatments and additional services that patients did not need. The damage caused is estimated at more than 4 million rubles.

      Earlier the court imposed preventive measures:

      nine defendants — remanded in custody until January 27, 2026;

      one — under house arrest;

      three — subject to a ban on certain actions.

      Today the court reviewed the lodged complaints and left the defendants in custody.
