At the Yekaterinburg-Expo, Russian regions and several foreign countries showcase their achievements and new developments at specially created stands. An extensive business program is also planned as part of the exhibition.
The history of the "Innoprom" exhibition dates back to 2010. Since then, it has made an impressive journey from a regional project intended to be an analogue of the German Hannover Messe for Ural manufacturers to the main industrial exhibition in Russia. Now "Innoprom" has the status of an international exhibition, with Belarus, Kazakhstan, Saudi Arabia, and other friendly countries represented here. This year, Tatarstan has once again become a partner region, with the republic's stand, covering over 250 square meters, located next to Moscow. The Ministry of Industry and Trade of the republic was responsible for its preparation. As a result, guests of "Yekaterinburg-Expo" will see the achievements of 30 companies. Special attention in the design of the stand was paid to the regional branding, complemented by stylized elements referring to the national Tatar culture. The technological ambitions of Tatarstan are also reflected here – digital visualizations in a high-tech style are displayed on impressive suspended cubes. {I_1_C} The republic's universities are actively involved in the exhibition, presenting their own developments. For example, Innopolis University arrived in Yekaterinburg with an industrial six-axis robot IRIS. It is seen as particularly relevant against the backdrop of a labor shortage and the tasks set by the federal center for the robotization of production. The "Avanti Group" from Kazan, specializing in the development and production of educational equipment in the field of robotics and unmanned aerial vehicles, presents two new drones – "Tiniwup" and "Sinewup". KFU brought an interesting development to "Innoprom" – an educational robotic constructor based on UAVs. The company "TATKRAN" presents a model of an electric bridge crane. The company "Technics" brought a model for demonstration that was previously shown at the SPIEF-2025. The technological exhibition showcases a domestic solution designed for trenchless reconstruction of engineering networks. The head of the Tatarstan Industrial Cluster and advisor to the Minister of Industry and Trade of the republic, Sergey Maiorov, called "Innoprom" the main industrial platform in the country: Tatarstan traditionally sets up a stand, which helps our industrial enterprises promote their products and services. Traditionally, the top officials of the state, heads of regions, and large state corporations are present here. There are people to talk to and topics to discuss. These are the people who make decisions."
Maiorov also noted that, following tradition, a large number of new technologies are presented here, which can increase labor productivity and reduce costs. Therefore, the minister added, "Innoprom" is a good platform for signing agreements. Alongside the exhibition, a business program is taking place with the participation of the head of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia, Anton Alikhanov, and Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin. The head of Tatarstan, Rustam Minnikhanov, has arrived in Yekaterinburg. The International Industrial Exhibition "Innoprom" has already hosted the V Russian-Chinese Forum on Interregional Cooperation. The Minister of Industry and Trade of Tatarstan, Oleg Korobchenko, spoke about the active cooperation of the republic with the PRC, evidenced by the stable growth of foreign trade turnover, which reached $3.3 billion last year. Korobchenko also mentioned the signing of seven government agreements on cooperation with Chinese provinces. On the first day of the exhibition, it was announced that Tatarstan took first place in the ranking of the effectiveness of executive authorities of Russian regions in the field of industry.
