A lecture on fire safety was held at the Zainsk Polytechnic College.

      At the Zainsk Polytechnic College, a training event on fire safety was held with the participation of specialists from the Ministry of Emergency Situations and relevant services. Students were informed about the rules of conduct during fires and the opportunities for admission to universities of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia.

      On April 3, a lecture on compliance with fire safety requirements in institutions and households took place at the GAPOU "Zainsk Polytechnic College." The event featured senior investigator Lilia Pisareva from the OND and PR for the Zainsk district, firefighter Nikolai Abramov from the 88th Fire and Rescue Unit, and head of the Zainsk section of the TRO VDPO Lyubov Astashina. During the meeting, students and teachers were reminded of fire safety rules, the dangers of dry grass burning and forest fires, and the role of autonomous smoke fire detectors (ASFD). The practical part particularly interested participants: the firefighter demonstrated special equipment used in extinguishing fires. Students were able to try on protective gear and learn how it helps in extreme conditions.

      An unexpected moment was the awarding of student Fyodor Shpagin from group 1541. He received a letter of appreciation for his courage and concern: earlier, the young man had repeatedly informed residents about fires in the Zainsk-2 microdistrict, which helped prevent possible tragedies.

      Students were also shown video materials about admission to universities of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia and were given handouts with useful information. At the end of the meeting, participants were encouraged to consider linking their future profession with service in the Ministry of Emergency Situations.

      The holding of such events contributes to increasing the level of safety and forming a responsible attitude towards fire protection issues among young people.
