Eldar Shavaliyev has become the development director of "KAMAZ".

      From today, the position of Deputy General Director - Director for Development of PJSC "KAMAZ" is held by Eldar Shavaliev, who previously headed the Digital Transformation Center of "KAMAZ". His predecessor, Evgeny Makarov, who served as Acting Director for Development, retains the position of Chief Designer of PJSC "KAMAZ" - Director of the R&D Center. Shavaliev was born in 1988 and graduated in 2010 from the Faculty of Computational Mathematics and Cybernetics at Kazan Federal University. He began his professional journey as a student, combining his studies with work as a programmer in Kazan and also held the position of Senior Economist-Analyst at Ak Bars Bank. From 2010 to 2014, he worked at the largest international auditing companies "PricewaterhouseCoopers" and "Ernst & Young". In 2014, Shavaliev headed the Internal Audit Department of the Internal Audit and Compliance Service at "KAMAZ". From 2016 to 2018, he led the Internal Audit Service, and in June 2018, he was appointed Director of the IT Center, where he implemented large-scale digitalization projects. Under his leadership, projects of the subsidiary IT company of the automotive giant KAMAZ Digital ("Digital Platform KAMAZ") were also developed, which today is among the largest IT suppliers in the industry.
