      Nurlat agrarians have once again proven their high class by presenting a generous harvest at the spring fair in Kazan. Products from our region — from crispy cabbage to farm cheese — flew off the shelves in the "Salavat Kupere" microdistrict, gathering enthusiastic reviews from capital gourmets. Kazan appreciated the generosity of the Nurlat land. Our agricultural producers became some of the brightest participants in the traditional spring fair, which took place with great fanfare in the dynamically developing "Salavat Kupere" microdistrict. Local residents and guests of the capital of Tatarstan had a unique opportunity to touch the gifts of the Nurlat district without leaving the city. There was so much to see! Nurlat residents set up a real gastronomic exhibition. Buyers eagerly examined barrels of pickles, admired mountains of long-storage fresh vegetables, and happily tasted dairy products. The assortment impressed even the sophisticated Kazan housewives: from fragrant farm cheese and rich cream to natural cottage cheese and sour cream, which was just begging to be served with pancakes. Behind the counters that day, one could see not only professionals from large agricultural enterprises but also active representatives of rural settlements, local farms, and cooperatives. Each of them brought their "specialty" — what their homestead is famous for. The fair in "Salavat Kupere" once again confirmed its main purpose: it became a reliable bridge between the producer and the buyer. Nurlat's hardworking villagers found grateful and generous buyers here who appreciate quality and naturalness. And Kazan residents, in turn, were able to stock up on delicious products for a week ahead, knowing for sure that they were grown and prepared with love on our land.

      Participation in such events is not only a trading opportunity but also an honorable mission, which the Nurlat district fulfills excellently, strengthening its reputation as one of the main suppliers of clean and healthy food in the republic.
