He emphasized that Tatarstan has established a system for attracting investments based on three key principles: a stable business environment, developed infrastructure, and a strong human resource potential. "An investor primarily values guarantees of security and the rule of law, the presence of qualified personnel, and the necessary infrastructure. Without these basic conditions, the expectation of serious capital inflow is impossible," noted the President of the Republic. He added that, relying on its status as a major industrial region, Tatarstan has defined a strategic course for the development of import substitution. The effectiveness of this direction is confirmed by the successful operation of two special economic zones, which represent international-level platforms. As Rustam Minnikhanov noted, large-scale work is underway in the republic to improve the business climate. Among the key areas, he highlighted the protection of entrepreneurs' rights, strengthening legal guarantees, and expanding opportunities for doing business. According to him, thanks to close cooperation with the prosecutor's office and supervisory authorities, it has been possible to significantly reduce administrative pressure on businesses. "The successful implementation of investment projects is impossible without close attention to detail.
