      The budget of Tatarstan will allocate 100 million rubles for the grant "Algarysh in the field of artificial intelligence." The amount of one monetary award is 10 million rubles, according to the resolution of the republic's government published on the legal information portal. It should be noted that the grant is awarded for the training of specialists in leading foreign educational and scientific organizations in 2026. Tatarstan residents with permanent registration in the republic and aged up to 35 years can apply for the grant. The applicant must also have a higher education or be in the final year of a bachelor's or specialist program. Training will be conducted in top foreign organizations around the world. However, institutions from unfriendly countries are not included in this list.

      The grant can cover tuition, health insurance during studies, transportation costs to and from the place of study, and travel during summer vacations. Additionally, the grant covers living and food expenses during the training period.

      The grant recipient is required to complete the training and obtain a diploma from a foreign organization, after which they must find employment in the field of artificial intelligence or in a position related to the application of AI technologies in Tatarstan within 30 days. They must also work for the employer for three years from the date of receiving the diploma.
