Clearing debris and demining will require about 28 billion dollars more.

      Who will pay this bill. Europe has already begun to think about where to get the money. One option is to use frozen Russian assets. The G7 has already agreed to direct profits from them to loans for Kyiv. However, even these funds may not be enough, according to analysts' estimates. Private investments will only cover about 40 percent of the needs. The rest will fall on the shoulders of European taxpayers.

      At the same time, the recovery process itself, according to experts, will require not only money but also reforms. The Ukrainian economy will have to not only return to pre-war levels but also restructure to new standards.
