Tatarstan continues to be one of the most active regions in Russia in implementing the "Pushkin Card" program. As of the first quarter of 2026, around 400,000 young residents of the republic have already participated in the program. Tatarstan confidently ranks among the top five regions in the country in terms of the number of issued cards and the volume of tickets sold, reports the press service of the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Tatarstan. Since the beginning of the year, cardholders from the republic have spent over 229 million rubles on cultural events, placing Tatarstan in first place for this indicator among all subjects of the Russian Federation. On average, each user purchases tickets for 2–3 events per year, with young people aged 15 to 18 being the most active participants. The most popular leisure formats among Tatarstan's youth remain cinemas, cultural centers, theaters, museums, and concert venues. The program is most actively used by residents of Naberezhnye Chelny, Chistopol, Tyulyachy, Nizhnekamsk, and Almetyevsk districts. The "Pushkin Card" program is being implemented on the initiative of the President of the Russian Federation as part of the national project "Family."
