According to the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tatarstan, the violation was identified during internet monitoring. A user with the nickname "Voink" published an image with the symbols of the banned movement in a messenger. After conducting an investigation, the author's identity was established – he turned out to be a 20-year-old guy from Nizhnekamsk. He was issued a protocol for the public demonstration of extremist symbols. "For the public demonstration of banned symbols, administrative responsibility is provided. Be careful with your actions on the internet and comply with the legislation of the Russian Federation," the Ministry of Internal Affairs reminded. *By the decision of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation, the movement has been recognized as extremist and banned on the territory of Russia.
