However, the court deemed that Kamaev's rehabilitation was impossible without isolation from society. Recall that Kamaev was detained by operatives of the economic police of Tatarstan on April 18, 2024. According to the investigation, he received a bribe in building materials worth 1.3 million rubles from an entrepreneur. But in June 2024, four more episodes of bribery amounting to 7 million rubles appeared in Kamaev's case. All episodes are related to the construction of the official's house in the village of Novom. According to the investigation, the head allegedly received bribes in the form of land plots and building materials in 2022-2023.

      Initially, Kamaev was in a pre-trial detention center, but after several months of investigation, he fully admitted his guilt regarding the charges against him. At that time, the court released him under house arrest.
