505 tons of humanitarian aid will be received by the families of participants in the Special Military Operation in Tatarstan.

      The sixth charity campaign to support the families of participants in the special military operation (SMO), organized by the "Nefis" foundation, has started. Humanitarian kits containing essential goods, designed for several months of use, are being sent to all cities and districts of Tatarstan. Assistance will be provided to each member of the families of fallen soldiers, as well as to families of SMO participants with disabilities of groups I and II. This summer, over 426 tons of food will be delivered to them, including cereals, flour, vegetable oil, canned meat, mayonnaise, and other long-term storage products. Additionally, families will receive household chemicals weighing a total of 79 tons: laundry detergents, dishwashing liquids, cleaning agents, and soap. Humanitarian kits are being formed and distributed based on the number of members in each family. "Supporting the families of our servicemen is a systematic effort that the 'Nefis' foundation has been undertaking since its inception. We are all in debt to the soldiers who gave their lives and health to defend the independence of our Motherland. We hope that such assistance will provide additional support to their families and express our endless respect for the heroes' feats," says Irik Boguslavsky, a member of the State Duma of Russia and founder of the "Nefis" charity fund. The "Nefis" charity fund provides large-scale support to the families of SMO participants from Tatarstan twice a year, starting in December 2023. The total volume of assistance has already exceeded 2,500 tons.

      The lists of families eligible to receive humanitarian kits from the "Nefis" charity fund are being compiled by the administrations of Tatarstan's municipalities. They also assist in organizing and delivering the aid.
