His candidacy reflects the party's desire to strengthen the economic and technological agenda in the pre-election rhetoric. Completing the list for the districts is the head of the Aznakaevsky district, Marcel Shaidullin. An experienced manager familiar with the problems of rural areas and oil-producing municipalities can become a link between the center and the periphery.

      The formation of the list shows that "United Russia" approaches the September campaign with the intention of maintaining the current representation of the region in the State Duma. The main emphasis is placed on current parliamentarians, indicating a desire to preserve Tatarstan's lobbying positions in the budget and legislation.
