Construction of the first specialized Archery Center in the Republic of Tatarstan continues on Gagarin Street. As of today, the readiness of the facility is 82%, and the construction is planned to be completed by August 2026. The new sports facility will serve as the home ground for the archery department of the Sports School of the Federal Security Service "Tasma" and will elevate the development of this sport in Kazan to a new level. The center will feature a modern arena measuring 96×50 meters, allowing for training and competitions at distances of 18 and 70 meters, a gym, an administrative and utility building, and all necessary infrastructure for athletes and coaches. After its opening, up to 400 people will be able to train here daily, and the center will meet the requirements for hosting Russian championships and international competitions. The construction of this modern sports facility is another important step in the development of Kazan's sports infrastructure and in creating conditions for training future champions.
