      Members of the electoral commissions from all 43 municipal districts of the republic will undergo training. The first off-site seminar this year took place in the Vysokogorsky district. The Central Election Commission of Tatarstan has begun training organizers for the upcoming elections of deputies to the State Duma of Russia. The educational program is designed for approximately 22,000 people. The first classes were attended by the chairpersons and secretaries of the precinct commissions from the Vysokogorsky and Atninsky districts. The program includes the entire procedure for the operation of the polling station—from its opening to the summation of the voting results. Participants are also informed about changes in legislation, rules for document processing, specifics of organizing voting for people with disabilities, and safety requirements. Experts from the Higher School of State and Municipal Administration of KFU are involved in the classes. The chairman of the CEC of RT, Andrey Kondratiev, noted that the training of commission members directly affects the organization of electoral procedures. Similar seminars will gradually be held for representatives of commissions in all municipal districts of Tatarstan.
