The electronic honor board of Tatarstan has been viewed more than 1.8 million times.
Residents of Tatarstan have viewed the profiles of the award winners on the Republic's Electronic Honor Board more than 1.8 million times. The Deputy Minister of Digital Development of the Republic of Tatarstan, Bulat Gabdrakhmanov, spoke about the work of the digital platform at a press conference.
The Electronic Honor Board is a republican portal created by the decree of the President of Tatarstan, Rustam Minnikhanov, to reward citizens for their professional achievements and conscientious work. The technical development of the platform was carried out by specialists from the Digital Transformation Center of Tatarstan. The project helps tell residents the stories of professionals whose work creates comfort and safety in the republic every day, as well as supports employees' aspirations for career growth. To include an employee on the Electronic Honor Board, employers must meet three mandatory conditions:
- Work experience in the organization of at least three years.
- Complete absence of disciplinary penalties.
- High professional results and personal contribution to significant projects.
As of today, the platform features profiles of over 15,200 citizens. Nearly 4,800 small and large enterprises in the republic have nominated their employees. Among the award winners are specialists from the IT sector, communications, industry, agriculture, medicine, and education.
The project covers all of Tatarstan: the website has created 45 digital boards—one for each city and municipal district. Each page contains profiles of local award winners with a built-in search system.
How the platform is organized:
- Convenient search. You can find the desired specialist using an alphabetical index or a filtering system by name, position, industry, and specific municipality.
- Electronic certificates. In addition to a paper document, each nominee receives a digital version of the certificate. It can be downloaded in PDF format, saved to a phone, printed, or sent to loved ones.
- Bilingual interface. The portal is fully available in Russian and Tatar.
Thanks to the Electronic Honor Board, an ecosystem for HR specialists has formed in the republic. Currently, nearly 1,500 HR professionals from Tatarstan's enterprises are united in personal accounts on the platform. They can communicate directly with each other, interact with the Ministry of Labor of Tatarstan, and send their proposals for the development of the service.
Materials about candidates are approved at the level of city and district administrations, and the lists of award winners on the Electronic Honor Board will be updated annually.
